Our website address is: http://www.woolandwater.org and is maintained on behalf of the Stroudwater Textile Trust, the lead partner for the Wool & Water Festival. (See About Us.)

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Where you have filled in a form this will be used only for the stated purpose e.g the Application for Hawkwood Residencies will be passed to them for their consideration and funder Reckitt Arts Trust.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

This site is managed on behalf of the Stroudwater Textile Trust. We will not share your data with any other party without your prior written approval.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment is retained indefinitely or until such time as the website is eradicated. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments.
For users that register on our website for the Material Flow exhibition we will hold that data only until the end of the Wool & Water Festival except for you website address if you chose that option. You can ask us to remove that at any time.
